Duration parameter for the “notice signals”, or Signals in general

So I’ve been playing around with the signals, especially notice as I wished for a parameter to set a duration for how long the notice signal will show.

I’ve made it work, and I think it’s a nice thing to have.

I’ve heard it might be added in V2, but rn it would be very nice to have on V1 too.
