Is there a way to use the API to execute commands without the speaker parameter?

I want to do a remote management thing so can I somehow trigger basic commands like ;h ;m ;kick etc. as "server"? as of now the RequestCommand() function requires a speaker parameter which then is used in many places

Yes, this was recently changed in v2. (Which I remember this was a v1 post.)
