All: Run On Everyone In That Server
Others: Run On Everyone But Except You

Admins: Run On Admin
Me: Run On YourSelf

Also.. I Think It's Have More

This is currently possible and has been since implemented, whilst choosing it in the menu these can also be applied. (https://hdadmin.com/commands/#targeting-players)
All - Already existed.
Others - others
Admins - role(admin)
Both usernames (With @ at the beggining) and displays (without @ at the beggining).
There are also other targets like: friends, random, radius(x) (in studs), amount(x) [of random players], percent(x), team(y) (players on that team), group() (players in a specific group) and premium.
