Expand the API to include cross-server, datastore, etc capabilities

I'd like to expand the API so that developers can benefit from HD Admin's internal/robust/tested cross-server tooling, datastore, etc capabilities . This would enable developers for example to easily communicate between other servers for their own developer needs without having to setup and test their own tooling

Yes, Ben, I think it would be good to have a developer-accessible API for bans (using DataStore) to add or remove users, or perhaps a custom anti-cheat system—essentially a new public API for handling bans, assigning roles, and so on.
