will likely be part of a larger 'natural disaster' pack, but basically either:

1. you use this command on yourself or someone else and you turn into a meteor, spawning in the sky and fall down until you crash on the map and die, OR

2. have this command to spawn a meteor randomly without turning people into a meteor.
