v1 to v2 Converter

This would allow the instant converting of a v1 model into a v2 model, with all the settings carried across, v1 ranks converted to v2 roles as best as possible, etc. Previously discussed in:

I'm thinking of either having this possible from the dashboard https://dashboard.hdadmin.com/ or a separate plugin we create for HD Admin. if there's a lot of demand will consider speeding up its development
