Who can post

Anyone with a Roblox account at least 30 days old. On the website you sign in through Roblox. Posts and comments can also arrive from the HD Admin Hub on Roblox, and posts from the HD Admin Discord, where the Roblox account behind them is known from the game or from a linked Discord account. Those say "from in-game" or "from Discord" beside their date. Every post and comment carries the Roblox identity of the person who wrote it, and profile pages link back to Roblox. Team members post under their own names. The one automated account is the forum's duplicate checker, which can close a post that repeats an earlier one and leave a comment pointing at the original.

The limits

• A handful of posts and a few dozen comments an hour per person, across the site, in-game and Discord together, with a shorter cap on top of a couple of posts in ten minutes or three comments in three. On one thread you get three comments in a row, then a fifteen minute wait unless someone else has replied.
• A title needs a couple of words, a post ten, a comment three. Posts and comments must be in English. Text the check reads as another language is blocked.
• A post or comment can be edited by its author for thirty minutes, team members can edit their own posts at any time. Every edit keeps the earlier wording, readable from the "edited" mark, except an edit made within five minutes of posting, which is kept for the team but not shown. An admin can wipe earlier wordings that must not stay readable, and a dated note takes their place.

What gets reviewed or blocked

New posts and comments are checked as they arrive by an automated reader, a language model, looking for harm: sexual content, gore, hate, abuse, spam and the like, and for filler. What it is sure is harmful, filler or not in English is blocked. A blocked post is shown to nobody else, and its author still sees it as normal with no note, so that someone posting abuse learns nothing from the response. Something the check is unsure about, or an attachment that has not cleared yet, sits under review, visible to its author with a note, until a member of the team looks at it.

Criticism, bug reports that make us look bad, rejected suggestions and disagreement are none of those things. They stay up. A blocked post is removed for good after 30 days. A harmful post earns a strike. Strikes expire after seven days, and while they stand each new one locks posting for a while: five minutes for the first two, an hour for the next two, a day from the fifth. An account blocked five times in a day is silenced for a week, with everything it writes going straight to blocked. A permanent ban is a decision by the team, never automatic.

What team members can do, and what shows

• Move a post between Open and Closed, or to Done (admins). The move is recorded with who made it and when, and shows on the post.
• Move a post to another board, or mark the solution on a question, which the asker can do too on Help. Pin a post (the forum's owner).
• Hide a post or a comment. A hidden row goes into the same blocked state as the checker's, and is counted with them below. Only the forum's owner can delete a hidden row outright. Authors delete their own comments. A deleted comment with replies under it leaves a visible "deleted" marker for them to hang off, otherwise it goes.
• Rewrite a post's title or body only if they are its author, or the forum's owner.

Imported content

The forum opened in September 2026. The release notes from before then were lifted from the HD Admin updates thread on the DevForum, and the suggestions, bug reports and questions from before then from the threads on the HD Admin Discord, along with three announcements from its announcements channel. Each keeps its original date and author, and says "imported from the DevForum" or "imported from Discord" beside its date, linking the original. Nothing else has been backdated.

The numbers

Per month, the last twelve. Posts and comments count everything written, including rows later blocked or hidden. The other columns count recorded actions, logged since 2026-09-09. Blocked includes rows hidden by team members. Purged is blocked rows deleted after their 30 days.
